Sheet Notes Follow Up

Quick follow-up on the sheet notes.

Since each set of sheet notes is a schedule, we could potentially end up with a lot of schedules and so I prefer to name them all 'Notes - category name'. This nicely sorts and groups all of our schedules in the Project Browser, but it doesn't read so nicely once we print our sheet.

For instance, 'NOTES - DEMOLITION' would read a lot nicer if it said 'GENERAL DEMOLITION NOTES'.

Luckily, Steve Stafford at Revit OpEd posted a nice workaround to create a custom header while maintaining a smart naming convention in the Project Browser. The result is identical.

  1. I like this idea. Could you do some sort of similar thing with Keynotes? We have a lot of notes and sub tables that I'd like to shedule, but we will end up with 50 different schedules! It would be good if you could colapse them, (or make them keynote schedules)
